Anticipate EU requirements

The new update to the application allows you to :

  • store documents and data in a dedicated, secure space,
  • help operators submit their Due Diligence Declaration (EUTD) by displaying the required documents certifying that their timber products exported to the EU are not derived from deforestation.

Centralise your evidence in one click

Thanks to the new ‘file’ icon, you can now link any document generated in the application to the software’s basic data. This option makes your work easier in the event of audits and guarantees complete traceability.

Examples :

o AAC → opening request, PAO

o Factory → environmental impact study

o Employees → employment contracts and administrative documents

A smarter database

For greater clarity and performance, the database is managed differently :

  • automatic archiving : inactive Annual Cutting Quotas (ACQs) are transferred to an archive database,
  • closure security : once an ACQ is closed, the addition of new trees or logs is blocked, but the unit remains active for operations on the stock of logs already in the yard (customer reception, transport, processing)
