Cameroon: UNESCO's technological donation for distance education

On 30 June 2020, UNESCO will make available to the technical ministries of the education and training sector, a modern and high definition recording studio in Yaounde for distance education.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Governments have given high priority to this educational approach in the school curricula, both at the level of trainers and learners.

In this vein, UNESCO has just supported the technical ministries of the Cameroonian education and training sector (MINEDUB, MINESEC, MINESUP, MINEFOP) to ensure pedagogical continuity within the framework of the global coalition for education by making a technological and computer donation consisting of :

- 01 HP PRO 400 desktop computer, 8GB RAM;

- 02 SONY MC2500 brand high-performance TV cameras with a 128GB SD card;

- 03 video Projectors brand ACER ;
