Cancellation of Bidding Documents No. 10/AONO/ADC/CIPM/2020 of 28 April 2020 

for the supply of printing peripherals and IT logistics 

for the operation of the HMS software at the company Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A.

THE GENERAL MANAGER,

Having regard to the Concession Agreement for the Management and Operation of Airports, signed between the State of Cameroon and the company Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A. ;

Having regard to Law N° 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 relating to the general status of public enterprises ;

Having regard to Decree N° 2018/355 of 12 June 2018 to lay down common rules applicable to the procurement of public enterprises;

Having regard to Decree N° 2001/048 of 23 February 2001 on the organization and functioning of the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency and its subsequent texts in its provisions not contrary to Decree N° 2018/355 of 12 June 2018 fixing the common rules applicable to the procurement of public enterprises;

Considering Circular N° 002/CAB/PM of 31 January 2011, relating to the improvement of the performance of the public procurement system in its provisions not contrary to Decree N° 2018/355 of 12 June 2018 fixing the common rules applicable to the procurement of public enterprises;

Having regard to the Resolution of the Extraordinary Board of Directors' session of 15 June 2009 appointing the Director General of Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A. ;

Considering Resolution N° 12-58th Session of the Board of Directors of 23 July 2009 on the permanent delegation of powers to the Director General;

Having regard to Resolution N° 002-89th Session of 30 August 2018 adopting the Manual of Procedures of the Markets of the company Aéroports Du Cameroun SA;

Considering Resolution N° 003-89th Session of 30 August 2018 on the creation, organization and functioning of the Internal Procurement Commission of Aéroports Du Cameroun SA;

Having regard to the Tender File N° 10/AONO/ADC/CIPM/2020 of 28 April 2020.

DECIDES :

ARTICLE 1 The Tender Dossier No. 10/AONO/ADC/CIPM/2020 of 28 April 2020 for the supply of printing peripherals and computer logistics for the operation of the HMS software to the company Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A. is hereby declared cancelled.

ARTICLE 2 This Decision shall be registered and communicated wherever necessary.
