OPPO has launched its Find X3 smartphone series with three 5G-compatible models: the OPPO Find X3 Pro, OPPO Find X3 Neo and OPPO Find X3 Lite. If the range is particularly successful, with the OPPO Find X3 Pro in particular, the brand is making its mark more than ever in the premium mobile segment. What's more, if you pre-order it before March 29, you'll be able to take advantage of many free accessories at Boulanger !

A GREAT PHOTOPHONE

When it comes to photography, the OPPO Find X3 Pro clearly stands out and proves capable of prowess in all situations: up close and personal, in daylight and at night.

For this, the OPPO Find X3 Pro benefits from a dual 50 MP main sensor configuration. It is indeed equipped with two IMX 766 modules, designed in partnership with Sony. One is equipped with a wide-angle lens with f/1.7 aperture, the other benefits from an ultra-wide-angle lens (110°) opening at f/2.2, with omnidirectional autofocus in both cases.

The image quality obtained with these two sensors is impressive, especially in terms of colorimetry. They support 10-bit color depth, which means that they are able to capture and render a range of one billion colors.

Two other sensors make up the main camera of the OPPO Find X3 Pro. A 13 MP and f/2.4 telephoto lens allows for up to 2x optical zoom, up to 5x hybrid zoom and up to 20x digital zoom. The 3 MP and f/3.0 microscope allows up to 60x magnification to capture the tiniest details. An original feature that allows you to observe what you can't see with the naked eye.

According to leaks, the P50 Pro pulls its weight thanks to a 120 Hz screen, 66W wired fast charging, 55W wireless charging and a Kirin 9000 SoC (the same chipset as the Mate 40). While the device's spec sheet has been widely leaked over the past few months, the design has remained a mystery until now.

HUAWEI BETS ON AN EGG-SHAPED PHOTO BLOCK

After weeks of leaks, a reputable tipster has come to lift the veil on the design of the Huawei P50 Pro. OnLeaks, a reputable informer of the smartphone galaxy, has indeed published several 3D renders showing what the Chinese flagship looks like. The leaker had already shared a preliminary render of the P50 Pro in late December.

Finally, the 32MP selfie camera is housed in a discreet punch in the upper left corner of the slab. Like the main camera, it supports night mode to take good quality shots even in difficult light conditions.

A BLUFFING SCREEN

One of the major assets of the OPPO Find X3 Pro is also its 6.7-inch AMOLED display, which offers a Quad HD+ 1440p image definition and a dynamic refresh rate of 120 Hz. The latter automatically adjusts as needed to preserve battery life. A resolution and fluidity of the display that ensures a high-end viewing experience. The panel also has a sampling rate of 240 Hz ensuring a good responsiveness of touch functions.

The smartphone's display features the best technologies available today, with HDR10+ for better contrast and more vivid colors. It is also 10-bit compatible and can therefore display up to 1 billion colors. So you can enjoy 10-bit photos taken with the OPPO Find X3 Pro's camera. The DisplayMate specialist gives the smartphone's screen the best possible rating: A+.

A SPEEDY BEAST

The OPPO Find X3 Pro is powered by a 5nm Snapdragon 888 SoC. This is the best chip available in the Android smartphone market today, delivering exceptional performance in all situations. Its powerful GPU makes it possible to run any game. The SoC is paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space. The ColorOS 11.2 interface based on Android 11 ends up offering a smooth and pleasant experience to the user.

The mobile is very fast in another area: charging the 4500 mAh battery (which actually consists of two batteries of 2250 mAH each). The Super VOOC 2.0 Flash technology allows the phone to be charged at 65W on a wired basis, while the AirVOOC Wireless Flash allows for particularly fast wireless charging at up to 30W. The OPPO Find X3 Pro is compatible with a reverse charging option for charging other devices.
